The landscape features are conceived in a Spanish Mediterranean style and include stone from the site for the flatwork and walls. Additionally there are custom gabion walls, a natural pool (cleaned without any chlorine or chemicals), an ozone spa, natural cooling ponds, and a 25,000-gallon cistern under a stone-faced sun patio. Terraced vegetable beds, passive irrigation, compost areas, and native drought-tolerant plantings make up the gardens.
