Mediterranean Estate - Kentfield, CAA lovely older estate undergoes remodeling. In the first phase of renovation, an existing pool patio was redesigned with new travertine paving and classical elements like stone walls and a lionhead fountain. We added bold stripes of lawn and paving and more contemporary planting with grasses and perennials to give the landscape more personality. Next the neglected side yard got a Mediterranean update with mature olive trees and a fruit orchard, low stonewalls and large swaths of blooming lavender and white roses. The gravel patio under the olive trees is now a favorite dinner spot.
