Shades of Green Landscape Architecture

Eco-Wellness Living

This home is a testament to biophilic design and health-conscious living. As you enter the property, laurel trees create a private walkway and enclave. The walls of the front living room open to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

This multi-level estate has a state of the art air filtration system. On a clear day, the rooftop terrace offers sweeping views of the bay. Here we implemented low-profile and low-maintenance plants to optimize the skyline view.

The lap pool was installed for low-impact exercise and also provides a retaining wall for the hillside property. Multiple lounge areas, a spa, and outdoor kitchen were created to enjoy the scenery from all angles.

Angled slats on the metal fence filter light and privacy.

Lavender lines the pathway accented by fruit trees and ancient olive trees. The native lawn requires little water and maintenance. Overall this garden and home offers many spots to rejuvenate and increase overall wellbeing.
