Hawkins Building Treasure Island
Strong emphasis on the comfort and functionality of the spaces was placed to create multiple types of use. Work was done in close collaboration with interdisciplinary design teams to identify opportunities and constraints, to problem solve and develop sustainable, creative, innovative and attractive design strategies and solutions.
Shades of Green’s work includes the design of the site’s interior courtyard, roof top terrace and assistance in perimeter streetscape and shared public way design for a new Mixed-Use Multifamily Development at Treasure Island.
