The Lark
This project is to freshen up the landscape elements of an existing Apartment complex in San Mateo, to make it as a center of the thriving and sustainable community.
The newly added landscape amenity includes, a pollinator program and an old bocce court turned into a thriving community garden with fruit trees and seasonal vegetable being taken cared by the residents after the installation.
We also switched out the old ornamental planting scheme into a water conserving, drought tolerant and robust sculptural specimen planting at the pool terrace and the courtyard to enhance the place of community gatherings while promoting more sustainable green living.
